Delivery Policy
Australian Delivery
- Delivery methods vary. As the recipient of the goods you are able to choose what method suits you budget and time requirements. The basic form of delivery is via Australia in a padded bag. Other options include Express Post satchels or couriers to certain designations.
- You will be given the price for your specified method of delivery prior to invoice and dispatch.
- Delivery charge are based on quantity and bulkiness of the products purchased
Currency
- All transactions are made in Australian Dollars
International Delivery (outside Australia)
- Currently there is no delivery to territories outside of Australia
Payment Policy
- We accept Visa Card, Master Card, EFTPOS and cheques
- For credit card payment, we take commercially reasonable measures to establish a secure connection with your web browser and we take all appropriate steps to protect the information you share with us. We use credit card numbers to process your payment only; we do not retain them for marketing purposes.
- Invoices can be paid online with our secure payment form.

Artwork Setup Fees
- Set up fees are based on product ordered
- Set up fees are billed as a separate item and are not included in the cost of the product
- You will be advised of any additional setup costs before we proceed with your order.
Warranty
Name badges and button badges are warrantied for a period of 6 months from date of delivery.
Warranty only covers faulty workmanship or materials.
Warranty does not cover abuse equipment or used for any other purpose than it was intended
Ownership
The ownership of the product does not transfer to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for in full.
Returns
We will not credit or replace returned goods without email notification within a 7 day period from the delivery date. After emailing us, you will be sent a confirmation email, with details on how and where to return your goods.
Goods can only be returned if :
There is faulty workmanship of and/or of materials.
Printing is different from approved artwork. Please note variations in colour due to the printing process are not grounds for return of goods.
Spelling mistakes have been made by us.
Privacy
You will be able to navigate our web site while remaining anonymous. When you enter our Web site we can determine your domain name and what browser and operating system you are using, but we cannot determine any personal information about you. We use this information only for technical implementation in order to match your browser to ours. You will reveal personal and business information only when you want to.
At times, we will ask for information we need to process your order or for more information on our products. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with Name Badge World

Artwork
Artwork costs are based on the service required. The options and prices are fully disclosed in your quotation.
This is a once only cost once your logo and design has been set up and saved in our system no setup costs apply.
If you require changes to the approved artwork you will be advised of the costs.

Other formats acceptable ( pixilated files)

Send in your artwork as an Email Attachments or on CD
When emailing names in an excel spreadsheet please use the following format
- Names, titles, awards etc. listed vertically, with each line of text having it's own column
- The file is saved as your club/company name
- You may use multiple sheets to split the engraving into groups
- Formatting your name/title requirements correctly avoids extra set up costs.
